Probleme mit Captcha

Hallo habe Probleme mit dem Captcha.

1. Wenn sich ein Benutzer registrieren will erscheint kein Captcha-Bild und oben steht folgendes:

Und einstellen kann man da auch nichts.

Was bedeuted das und wie kann ich das beheben?
