Sprachdatei fehlerhaft

Ich habe das Problem, wenn ich meine Board Sprache auf "BRITISH ENG" stelle,
dann kommt folgende Angaben in meinem Header:

aber nur im UserPanel.
Wenn ich diese Stellen entferne, dann wird in der der deutschsprachigen Version komische zeichen angezeigt.
Keine Umlaute mehr etc.

Was kann ich da machen?

Würde mich um Hilfe freuen
