After Mikes great support we decided to uninstall the latest RT version, we then deleted the ext folder PayBas and cleared the cache via cPanel File Manager. We rebooted the server and installed the latest version of RT found at
https://github.com/IMC-GER/RecentTopics ... 5-pl10.zip
using cPanel File Manager and it worked.
Thank you again for all your great support and I would say that this extension Recent Topics is our forum members favourite extension...
