Ich kann EasyMod nich installieren

Ich habn Problem beim installieren von easyMod. Es bricht beim Schritt 3 (von 5) ab. Dann bekomm ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Hallo,
das weitere Unterverzeichnis people\maximilianb\ scheint die Fehlerursache zu sein. Bei mir funktioniert es so problemlos :

D:\apachefriends\xampp\htdocs\xampp\murmel\admin\mods\easymod\easymod_install.php
