Für alle, die Probleme bei Tripod haben!

Wenn ich so mitkrieg wieviele Leute Probleme mit Tripod haben würd ich mir mal überlegen, obs da nicht ne Alternative gibt. Kann doch gar nicht sein, dass man sich da permanent so mit rumschlagen muss.

Nach 100000000000*10000000000000 versuchen , hab ichs endlich geschaft das ding auf tripod zum laufen zu bringen

Wie aktivier ich die doofen datenbanken denn??

MySQL Datenbank: administrieren

Habe das Problem nach der Installation von phpBB2 das meine index.php nicht angezeigt werden kann.

Habe alles wie im ersten Post dieses Threads gemacht. Jetzt kommt dieses wenn ich auch "Forumsvorschau", im Administrationsmenü klicke:

Kann mir jemand helfen? Hab ich was falsch gemacht?
Die Datei index.php befindet sich auf dem Server.

Genau der gleiche Dreck is bei mir auch
Ich habs aber schon drei mal auf den Sever geladen. Ich glaub es liegt an der Version weil ich hab schon einmal ein Forum auf tripod gehabt, aber das hat mit php2.0 Gold funktioniert. Ich verwend jetzt php 2.0.2 oder so. (halt die neueste) und es funtioniert einfach nicht

Man muss beim Download den File phpBB-2.0.2.zip und nicht das phpBB-2.0.2-files.tar.gz runterladen!!!!!!!

So,

muss ermal sagen - sehr gutes forum ....

ich habe auch noch ein kleines Problem. Das Board funktioniert wunderbar. Habe jetzt als letzten Schritt den .htaccess und .htpasswd in den /admin - Bereich kopiert. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt kommt folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich in den Administrationbereich wechseln möchte.

Ich denke ich kenne das Problem, dass der Pfad in der .htaccess-Datei nicht richtig angegeben ist. Meine .htaccess sieht folgendermassen aus

ist hier irgendwas falsch

mir ist nur der fehlende / vor .htpasswd aufgefallen, sonst nichts, aber Achtung:
-ich weiß nicht ob der Pfad stimmt
-ich habe keine Ahnung ob Tripod die htaccess Dateien zulässt

als lala.php speichern und aufrufen dann weißte deinen Pfad:

Ich habe PHP und MySQL schon aktiviert. Was muss ich amchen? Oder habe ich es doch nicht aktiviert?
Bitte helft mir.
