Hi,

ich habe soeben versucht das mx_portal auf meiner Site zu installieren. Das hat allerdings nicht so richtig funktioniert. Und zwar bringt er mir beim installieren die Fehlermeldung PHPBB not installed in Path. Ich habe die Angaben genauso gemacht wie im Forum, hab den Zielordner richtig angegeben, er macht es aber nicht. Kennt sonst vielleicht jemand noch ein anderes Portalsystem, das man per Adminoberfläche vollständig installieren und configurieren kann ????

Welche Version von MX-System Portal Versuchst du zu installieren?

Das war ein problem der früheres Version.

2.6.0.4 habe versucht zu installen, das hatte mit o.g. Fehlermeldung allerdings nicht funktioniert

Nimm lieber die neue Version 2.6.0.6 ,
da sind schon einige Probleme weniger
Hast Du den chmod richtig eingestellt ?
Bin leider selbst Portal-newby,
aber bisher bin ich ganz zufrieden mit dem mx-Portal,
schau mal rein .

ja dann werde ich das mal antesten ! Muss denn das eigentliche phpbb forum in diesem Portal im Verzeichnis Forum hinterlegt sein ? bei mir ist es derzeit so das sich das portal und das forum in einer verzeichnisebene befinden und ich hab eigentlich keine Meinung dazu jetzt das ganze phpbb forum in das portalverzeichnis zu legen.

kann mir jemand einen link zur neusten mx_portal version schicken ???

Hier gibt´s das mx Portal 2.6.0.6

Ich habe mein Forum schon länger laufen als das Portal,
ich habe einfach einen Portalordner erstellt,
da das mx reingepackt und in den Ordner "Forum" in mx hab ich dann nochmal mein Forum reinkopiert,
und es läuft.... allerdings auch mit einigen Problemen

...hab auch schon das ganze phbBB2 in .../portal/forum/ kopiert... nix

Phpbb path:
The path where phpBB2 is installed forum/

Addess Web (URL) for the Portal:
Adress Web where the Portal is installed http://domain.de/portal/

Addess Web (URL) for the Forum Phpbb:
Adress Web where phpBB2 is installed
( this url is use for display the images in the portal) http://domain.de/phbBB2/


hat es vielleicht auch etwas damit zu tun?.... das hab ich nicht gemacht... bin kein english spezialist...

and "URL of the phpbb module:" which can be found in the administration panel of th Portal. The first parameter indicates
where to find the sources of the phpbb forum. The second one indicates 2 things to the Portal: where to find the common images between the portal and the forum
and the web link to execute if you want to access a Portal option. If the images don't show or if the
link between Portal and forum doesn't work, check the 2 parameter.

Wieso noch mal das Forum in den Ordner Forum?

Bei mir hab ich den Leer gelassen und alles funzt einwandfrei (neuestes phpbb und mx-portal)

Bei Portaleinstellungen müssen nur die Pfade korrekt drin sein
Wenn also die Verzeichnisse Portalordnername und phpBB2-Ordnername in Hauptverzeichnis liegen (im Moment bei mir noch local)
dann
http://localhost/portal/
http://localhost/phpbb2/

Dann finden sich die beiden eigentlich, vorausgesetzt, dass die Installation incl. der Präfixe korrekt war.

Schreib mal, wenns bei Dir anders sein sollte.
