Ich wolllte das Forum Version 2.020 mit dem Categories hierarchy 2.14 auf die jeweils neusten Versionen updaten. Ich habe dabei alles auf dem ftp Server gelöscht(auch die config.php) und habe die Anleitung verfolgt:

o delete from your phpBB directory all files except config.php, the images/ directory (and other upload-targeted directories),
o upload the content of the root/ directory (with the sub-directories) from the pack to your board root directory (where stands config.php),
o apply CHMOD 777 with your ftp client onto the cache/ directory,

o hit the your board index, and follow the instructions.
Wurde dabei die Datenbank in dem Sinne überschrieben, dass ein neues Forum drüber gelegt wurde?
Die Datenbank ist aber noch in der alten größe vorhanden.
Ein Datenbankupdate, etwa 16MB groß habe ich vor dem löschen des Forums(im Adminbereich des phpbb Forums) gemacht, allerdings ändert sich beim raufspielen mittels bigdump.php nix. Es ist immer nur der eine Adminuser vorhanden den ich bei der Installation des neuen packs 2.0.21 mit CH 2.1.6 MOD angelegt hat. Andere User, Beiträge etc. werden nicht geladen.
Ich hab auch mal probiert die Datenbank komplett zu löschen und eine neue mit dem gleichen Namen und passwort angelegt und habe die 16MB große Datei hochgeladen: -> Forum ist danach allerdings nicht erreichbar.
Könnt ihr mir da irgendwie weiterhelfen?
