Hallo,
Du hast die phpbb_2.0.15_to_2.0.16.html übersehen. Diese und die phpbb_2.0.15_to_2.0.16_bbcode.txt sind nur anders formatiert und sozusagen "nur" Begleitmaterial !

Hallo,
es müßten drei Dateien sein:
- phpbb_2.0.15_to_2.0.16.html
- phpbb_2.0.15_to_2.0.16.txt
- phpbb_2.0.15_to_2.0.16_bbcode.txt
Alle Dateien enthalten die selbe Update-Anleitung, nur das Dateiformat ist jeweils ein anderes. Du kannst dir einfach eines davon aussuchen, mit dem du am besten zurechtkommst.
Aus der Readme:
The files you now have in front of you are the code changes from phpBB 2.0.15 to 2.0.16 in three different formats.
(Die install/update_to_latest.php anschließend nicht vergessen!
