Update von RC1 auf RC2

Um das eigentliche Thema nochmals aufzugreifen:

Die Entwickler bauen gerade eine Möglichkeit zum Updaten auf die nächste Version ein, die auch ohne fsockopen auskommen soll.

Wenn ich es richtig sehe, hab ich fsockopen deaktiviert, konnte aber trotzdem von RC1 auf RC2 mit dem Updatepaket aktualisieren?

Es wird derzeit an einer solchen Funktion gearbeitet, hab ich heute hier irgendwo gelesen...

Also ich habe nun die möglichkeit das Update zu machen. Aber fürs FTP Update benötigt er /tmp/ das er auf meiner Webseite nicht finden kann. damit das klappt, müsste er aber /phptmp/ verwenden.
Kann mir wer sagen, wo ich den tmp Pfad ändern kann?

Du kannst die paar Daten auch einfach als Paket herunterladen und dann per FTP selbst hochladen. Das sollte dir das Editieren sparen. Beim nächsten Update geht's dann wohl auch ohne fsockopen().

weiss nicht ob das an fsockopen() liegt. eigentlich ist ja nur der tmp pfad falsch. Leider kann ich dort wo er danach sucht keinen Ordner erstellen.

Ich habe dir eben einen Weg beschrieben, wie du das Problem umgehen kannst; zumindest wenn ich richtig verstehe wo dein Problem liegt.

Am besten wird sein, du beschreibst dein Vorgehen nochmal von Anfang an. Zum Beispiel detailiert welche Knöpfe du gedrückt hast und wann welche Fehlermeldung erscheint.

hmm.... und Dein /store Ordner hat auch den CHMOD 777 ?

Und ich hab mich schon gewundert wozu der Store Ordner gut ist. Hab ja gar keinen Onlineshop.
