ich suche einen Mod mit dem ich wenn ich über die Foren fahr, dass die so hell leuchten (bin etwas neben der Spur, also sorry für meine ausdrucksweise )

so wie bei www.tekkno.at

auch wüsste ich gern, wie ich solche bilder vor die themen einfüg

When you put your mouse over a topic/forum, the table cell will change to your desired color.

zum 2.
Forum Icon with ACP Control
Allows an admin to give each forum an icon in the ACP. Icons will show on the index page.
