Datenbank manuel wieder herstellen

Hi
Ich hab Gestern das Template Style gewechselt und habe ausversehen ein Häckchen bei "sicherungs Cockis" (oder so was) gemacht. Wenn ich mich nun einlogen will kommt diese meldung:

Technical Information (for support personnel)
Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.
Zum glück habe ich vorher noch ein Back Up gemacht, aber wie kann ich das ohne Einlogen wieder aktivieren? Sonst hab ich das immer im Adminbereich gemacht.......
