Fehleranzeige....kein Backup möglich

Hallo ich bin nicht so der Computercrack und stehe daher auch immer vor einem Problem wenn ich versuche ein Backup zu starten.
Es wird eine allgmeine Fehlermeldung angegeben und drunter steht:
This feature has been disabled due to security reasons, please contact the administrator if you want a backup of your forums
Was tun ???
