Cash Mod

Ich hab mir jetzt den cash mod besorgt und möchte ihn installieren. In der Datei befinden sich 2 upgrade Ordner die mir (als Anfänger) recht schwer zu installieren vorkommen. Muss ich die wirklich installieren oder kann ich die einfach weglassen?

Die Upgrades musst du nicht machen. Sie sind nur nötig, wenn man eine ältere Version installiert hat.

Ich hab da im Anschluss noch eine Frage:
In der Installations.txt datei steht:
Code: Alles auswählen
-----[ SQL ]------------------------------------------
There is an automatic sql installer that works currently for mysql and mssql
It is neccessary to copy the file sql_install.php to your main phpbb directory and run it from there
After that, you want to delete the file immediately.
If you prefer to run the queries manually yourself, or to translate it to a different dbms
than mysql or mssql, the raw queries are located in sql_221.txt, but are only available for mysql.
I will try to include more dbms's for the installer for future releases, but nothing is guaranteed
at present
Was ist jetzt meine
main phpbb directory und wie soll ich von da etwas starten?

Dein Forum leigt ja in einem Ordner namens http://....../phpBB2/ das ist die Main Directory. Einfach Datei dahin kopieren und dann im Browser folgendes eingeben: http://....../phpBB2/sql_install.php
Achtung: Danach unbedingt wieder löschen!
