Ich musste mein Forum ganz neu aufziehen und möchte jetzt auch wieder den Chatspot haben.
Nur leider klappt die Installation nicht. Wenn ich die install aufrufe kommt das hier:

Beim alten Forum hat es doch auch geklappt. Weiss einer woran das liegeb könnte?

hm,

versuche mal chatspotinstall/chatspot_install_include.php mit CHMOD 777 zu belegen. Bist Du als Admin angemeldet wenn Du die Datei ausführst?

den CHMOD hab ich schon auf 777...ging auch nicht.

Hast Du das ganze Verzeichnis phpBB auf 777 gesetzt oder wie Dein Boardverzeichnis heisst.

"To run this script on a non-Windows server, you will have to CHMOD the forum directory
to 777 whilst the script runs."

Weil er kann keine Datei öffnen oder schreiben kann, das muss ein CHMOD Problem sein.

hm...geht auch nicht.
also ich konnte zwar die installation starten ohne diese fehlermeldung oben, aber der installiert das nicht komplett.

Ich habe eben auch mal versucht den zu installieren. Zum einem kann er die Corefiles nicht kopieren und dann stoppt er beim Backup der Backup der page_header.php.
Ich habe auch ein frisch aufgesetztes Testboard genommen.
