Problem mit Log Action Mod

Ich habe da ein Problem mit dem Log Action Mod. Und zwar jedesmal wenn ich einen Beitrag editieren möchte. Egal ob von mir oder einem anderen kriege ich am Seitenanfang diese Fehlermeldungen
