"Header already sent"-Fehler und "Invalid Arg

Hallo alle miteinander.
Nachdem ich in meinem Forum auf phpBB 3.0 umgestellt habe und problack und subblack2 nachinstalliert habe, sowie einige neue Profilfelder angelegt habe kommt bei einigen Usern folgender Fehler im UCP:
Woran kann es liegen?
Eine Frage noch am Rande: Kann man es einstellen, dass externen Links als _blank geöffnet werden?
