Installation klappt nicht

Guten Abend,
die Installation des phpbb2 klappt bei mir nicht. Wenn ich die Seite ....install.php im Browser aufrufe steht dort:
Fatal Error: Cannot redeclare page_header() (previously declared in /home/www/.../install.php:25) in /home/www/.../install.php on line 1128
Was kann das bedeuten? Gibt es darüber irgendwo einen Artikel hier?

Ich habe alle Dateien noch mal gelöscht und noch mal drauf gespielt und jetzt steht auf der install.php im Browser:

Hallo,
da fehlen Sprachdateien.
Du solltest alle Verzeichnisse incl. Inhalte (Dateien) des Installationspaketes auf den Webspace transferieren.

dankeschön, aber ich habe alle Dateien hochgeladen. Fehlen welche im Installationspaket?
