Deutsche Spachdatei wird nicht angezeigt.

Guten Abend zusammen
Ich habe mir eben das PHPBB3 Installiert. Das Sprachpaket Deutsch (Du) habe ich in den Ordner language entpackt (Pfad: \board\language\de ).
Leider wird mir die Sprachdatei nicht im Scrolldown Menü unter: Board configuration -> Board Settings -> Default language nicht angezeigt. Es bleibt immer British English in der Zeile.
Woran kann das liegen?
Laut der Anleitung: To install a language pack simply decompress the downloaded package into the languages/ directory. It will now be displayed within the language management screen within the Administration Control Panel - where you are able to install it to become available to all users.
