Registrierung nicht möglich

Hallo liebe Kollegen,
wenn sich auf meinem Board jemand registrieren möchte (also nach Absenden des Registrierungsformulars), kommt immer die Fehlermeldung:
Woran kann das liegen?
Habe schon alles mögliche ausprobiert, auch Updates auf die mittlerweile aktuellste Version haben nichts gebracht.
Würde mich sehr über eure Hilfe freuen!
