This MOD is a phpbb.de-Creation and it´s not available for download, sorry.
But if exist a another pastebin-MOD on http://www.phpbb.com (so i belive)

I know 3di's mod, but I think he has failed to update it. Im not sure why, maybe not enough time.
I saw yours here and it was working, I took the chance because I wanted something bug free
Nice site you got here, Pro style and a lot of nice functions
