Frische Installation Fehler im ACP

Hallo Zusammen,
Ich kämpfe seit gestern mit einer phpBB installation rum, nach jeder installation erhalte ich unter Style (im ACP) Folgenden Fehler:
Ich habe es bereits mit dem Deutschen installer versucht und dem Original phpBB, beides führt zum selben Fehler.
Obs man meinem Server Liegt, glaube ich weniger, da lsufen schon mehrer phpBB's drauf ohne Probs, ich mit mit meinem Latein am ende
. Google konnte auch nicht Helfen...
phpBB Version: 3.0.7-PL1 (EN mit Sprachpaket derzeit).
