Cannot modify header information (nach Registrierung)

Guten Morgen,
nach erfolgreicher Registrierung kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
Ich habe schon verzweifelt im Forum nach einer Lösung gesucht, doch leider keine gefunden.
Wie kann ich dieses Problem beheben?
