Bestätigungscode wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo Forum,
ich habe ein Forum erstellt und als ich mich nochmal als Moderator mit anderem Namen registrieren wollte fällt mir auf, dass kein Bestätigungscode angezeigt wird und man sich dementsprechend auch nicht anmelden kann.
Was soll ich jetzt da machen? Ich bedanke mich schonmal im Voraus für Hilfe.
EDIT: Über der Seite wird folgendes angezeigt:
Ich habe folenden style installiert: bblue
EDIT2: Weiß denn keiner was das für ein Problem ist? Ich habe den Bestätigungscode zwar momentan abgeschaltet, aber ich will ja kein Spam haben. !!HILFE!!
