Unter Customises -> extension ist es enabled
Unter Extensions sichtbar und verfügbar
Keine Meldungen, keine Fehler.

Trotzdem beim Aufruf vom sitemap.xml Link:
Internal Server Error

Ein ERROR 500 internal server error kann viele Ursachen haben. Da hilft letztendlich nur ein Blick in die Server-Logs um Gewissheit zu bekommen.
Alles andere wäre reine Spekulation und bringt dich nicht weiter.
