Untergruppen bei einem Forum

Hallo...
Ich kann mein Forum ja unterteilen in Kategorien und Forums.
Wie schaff ich es, in einem Forum nochmal ein Forum zu erstellen??
Beispiel: www.bikeboard.at --> Dort auf [4] Sport klicken.
Das ist doch ein total billiges Forum. Kann sowas phpBB nicht auch??
