Hi @ all,

nachdem ich, nach kl. Anwenderfehlern, den EMI bei mir zum Laufen gebracht hab', wollte ich doch auch mal den ein o. anderen MOD mit ihm installiern. Genauer gesagt den "Attachment"-MOD.
Hier im Forum heißt es in der EMI-Installationsanleitung:
04.: Die zu installierenden Easy Mod Installer kompatiblen MODs in den Ornder http://www.domain.de/phpBB2/admin/mods/ kopieren als separate Unterordner.

In der Installationsanleitung des Attachment-MODs steht nun folgendes:

Ich hab' die obengenannten Dateien in den Unterordner "attach_mod" auf meinen Webspcae geladen, der EMI hat aber nichts angezeigt.
Merkwürdigerweise gibt es in dem entpackten Attachment-MOD nicht nur die Verzeichnisse "root" & "images", sondern auch noch:
- addons
- contrib
- docs
- scripts

Irgendwie schau ich da nicht durch. Was soll ich denn mit den anderen Ordnern machen?
Ist mir jetzt aber nicht allzu wichtig.

Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich den Attachment-MOD mit Hilfe des EMI installieren kann?
Hab' ehrlich gesagt nicht allzuviel Lust, 'n dutzend Dateien zu modden. *g*

suche mal hier im Foreum nach Attachment da stehts genauer wie man den Installieren muß.

eines kann ich dir aus dem Stehhgreif sagen, überrall wo das steht

copy attach_mod/root/

mußte in der install Text Datei ändern in

copy root/

und paar Verzeichnisse und Dateien verschieben auf dem Space.

Dann muss das ungefähr so aussehen?
Also, den Ordner "root" in den Ordner Mods hochladen?!

Einziges Prob ist, das ich im Admin-Bereich keine Beschreibungen bekomme.

Hier das gleiche Problem
hab auch die attachment_mod.php modifiziert so wie es HIER

ohne Erfolg das Admin Panel bleibt leer.
Die Sprachdateien liegen auch im Verzeichnis /language/lang_german/ bzw. /language/lang_english/ .
Standardsprache im Board sowie die Gewählte des Admin ist Deutsch.

Hier die Passage aus der attachment_mod.php

Hab ich da nen Fehler drinnen?

Bevor ich im Board irgendwelche Attachments anlege würde ich schon ganz gerne sehen WAS ich da eigentlich tue.

Jemend ne Idee was das wieder sein soll....??

Genau so sieht's auch bei mir aus.
Hab' auch die Sprach-Dateien in den richtigen Ordner hochgeladen. Weder die deutsche, noch die englische Version funktioniert.

Bei mir kommt auch diese Fehlermeldung sobald ich auf "Special categories" in der "Extensions"-Kategorie klick' (Admin-Bereich).

Ich glaub' ich lass das mit dem Attachment-MOD, bevor ich gar keine Inhalte mehr in meinem Forum hab'.

Habs hinbekommen, sogar mit EasyMod!
Die Verzeichnisstruktur vom attach_mod stimmt irgendwie hinten und vorne nicht, hab die dann also so angepasst wie dachte das sie richtig ist.
Dann hab ich die install.txt so angepasst, das sie die Dateien nicht nur ind in /subsilber/ kopiert sondern auch in mein Template (subBlack).
Dann dazu noch die Ergänzung der Sprachdateien, (deutsch, Kroatisch), dann "meine" Verzeichnistrucktur hochgespielt und Easymod drüberlaufen lassen.

Ich hab zwer ein paar Fehlermeldungen bekommen, allerdings von Templates die ich nict benutze und wohl auch nicht kompatibel sind mit attach_mod.

Ein großer Datenbank-Fehler tauchte auf als die Installation beendet war.
Da hab ich einfach die SQL Dateien "attach_mysql_schema.sql" und "attach_mysql_schema.sql" in PHPMyAdmin eingespielt und die Sache läuft. Aber das wichtigste! Ich habe alle Texte, Anzeigen etc. nun im Admin Panel und die Upload Möglichkeit im Forum geht nun auch.

Wenn du magst, bzw. falls von jemand anderen Interesse besteht, ich hab mit "meine" Verzeichnistruktur gezippt und könnte es verschicken.

für detailierte Installationsanweisung in der Doku nachsehen

das Verzeichnis attach_mod in admin/mods verschieben. Dann solltest Du ein Verzeichgnis admin/mods/sttach_mod haben

von admin/mods/attach_mod/docs das entsprechende Skript in admin/mods/attach_mod rüberkopieren. Für eine Neuinstallation install.txt benutzen

Eine Änderung muß an install.txt gemacht werden, um es mit EM zu benutzen:
überall attach_mod/root durch root ersetzen

Die Sprachdateien müssen zum Copy-Befehl hibzugefügt werden. Diese Liste hernehmen:
copy root/language/lang_english/lang_admin_attach.php to language/lang_english/lang_admin_attach.php
copy root/language/lang_english/lang_faq_attach.php to language/lang_english/lang_faq_attach.php
copy root/language/lang_english/lang_main_attach.php to language/lang_english/lang_main_attach.php
