Problem mit Avatar!

Hallo!
Wieso erhalte ich immer eine Fehlermeldung wenn ich, oder ein andere Benutzer versucht ein Avatar über das Board hochzuladen?
Wenn man seinen Avatar von einem fremden Webspace linkt, ist das kein Problem, aber das hochladen funktioniert nicht. Dann erhält man immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
