Kann mir absolut nicht erklären WARUM ein Forum von phpBB.de funktioniert und ein Englischssprachiges von phpBB.com nicht?

Da kommt immer dieser Fehler

Dieser fehler kommt auch dann, wenn ich auf die Deutsche version ein englischsprachiges Style von phpBB.com draufmache

Jemand ne Idee? Was mach ich falsch?
