simples Easy-Mod Problem

Hi, ich habe ein Problem mit dem EM. Ich habe auf meinem Lycos-Webserver (Tripod) alles 100%ig an der richtigen Stelle entpackt. Wenn ich im Installationsmenu alle Daten eingetragen habe, und anscliessend auf "Submit" klicke, bekomme ich folgende Meldung:
Testing selected write method
Testing FTP access...
FTP ERROR: could not connect to localhost
(obwohl ich Userdaten und FTP-Path (/phpBB2) korrekt eingetragen habe!)
Kann mir einer Dabei helfen? Ich bin mir sicher, das dies nur ein kleines Problem darstellt.

Hast du deinen Benutzernamen und so Passwort richtig eingegeben?

natürlich habe ich alles richtig eingegeben. Dazu binn ich bestimmt noch fähig
.
Ich muss doch die selben Daten eigeben, als wenn ich per FTP-Programm ein paar Dateien hochladen möchte? oder?
Achso was vielleicht noch ineressant sein könnte:
read access :: OK
write access :: OK
root path write :: OK
chmod access :: failed
unlink access :: OK
mkdir access :: OK
tmp path write :: failed
FTP extension :: module not loaded
copy access :: OK

Wahrscheinlich liegt es an dem!
Versuch mal den Pfad so:
html/phpBB2 so hats bei mir geklappt

Also ich denke sehr das, dass der auslöser ist:
FTP extension :: module not loaded
Mach mal alle dateien auf 777 also die Berechtigungen und schreibzugriff

Was nun und wenn ich dann auf weiter klicke, natürlich alles angegeben...

FTP ERROR: could not cd to /forum
You successfully logged into the server, but could not change direcory (CD) to the easymod directory. The following is recommended:
1. Are you sure you entered the correct path? Below is a directory listing of the files in the FTP root directory. The FTP root directory is simply the starting point when you connect. The path to the phpBB2 installation should begin with one of the directory names listed below.
2. Directory names are case sensitive. Be sure the easymod directory is all lowercase.
3. In some *very rare* cases it's possible that you are not connecting to the proper FTP Server. Try specifying the hostname in the FTP Server field.
4. Some servers have issues with the passive mode that EasyMOD attempts to use by default. If you have the PHP FTP extension loaded, then enable that option in step 1.

/
Directory listing: your FTP Path should start with one of the directories listed below

In welches Verzeichnis hast du denn den ordner "easymod" hochgeladen ?

Der Ordner "easymod" muss aber in den Ordner "mods" :
admin/mods/easymod/
Das Verzeichnis mods musst du selbst anlegen und den Ordner "easymod" dort hinein hochladen ...
