Hilfe kein Update möglich !! Kein Zugriff auf Administration

Hallo,
ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Habe ein Fatales Problem in meinem Phpbb Forum. Ich kriege es einfach nicht hin, mein Phpbb 2.0.7 auf 2.0.8 zu updaten.
Dieser Fehler tritt immer wieder auf:
Ich blicke da nicht mehr ganz durch, vielleicht könnt ihr mir helfen.... 
. Außerdem habe ich ein Problem, das ich ein neues Template installiert habe , und ich irgendwie nicht mehr ins Administrations Bereich komme, hier der Fehler:
