Hast Du der config.php vor der Installation Schreibrechte verpasst?

Du kannst die config.php auch manuell erstellen (weil das automatisch nicht geklappt hat kommt der Fehler bzw. die Warnung)

btw. nimm nächstes Mal einen etwas ausagekräftigeren Titel.
