Forum auf neuem Webspace läuft nicht

Guten Abend!
Ich habe mir endlich mal meinen eigenen Webspace gekauft, da ich mit den kostenlosen Anbietern immer Probleme hatte (langsame Server und und und ...).
Nun habe ich das Forum und die Datenbank auf den neuen Server hochgeladen, aber es kommen immer folgende Fehler:
Wieso am Anfang ein "f" steht, ist mir schleierhaft, meine Shoutbox geht auch nicht mehr, in ihr steht:
Eure Anleitung hat mir auch nicht geholfen und ein neues Template habe ich auch nicht drauf gespielt.
Ich bitte um Hilfe, ich kann mich nicht mal einloggen.
