Avatar Upload Fehler

Hi,
wenn ich in meinem Forum einen Avatar vom PC oder von einer anderen URL uploaden will, kommen folgende Fehler:
Und noch im phpBB Fenster:
In den Ordnern wo die Avatare usw. reinkommen, sind bereits die tmp Ordner mit CHMOD 777 erstellt! Was kann ich tun?
