Problem beim Forenumzug... (functions.php)

Hi ho!
Ich versuche gerade verzweifelt mit meinem Forum (Version 2.0.10) von meinem alten Webspace zum Neuen umzuziehen.
Für den Umzug habe ich mich genaustens an diese Anleitung gehalten:

Wenn ich jetzt das Forum auf dem neuen Server betrete erhalte ich diese Fehlermeldung:
Betrete ich den Admin-Bereich kommt außer dieser Meldung nichts weiter:
Die Rechte habe ich Vezeichnis für Verzeichnis so eingestellt wie auf dem alten Webserver...
Hat jemand 'ne Ahnung woran das liegen könnte?
