ich hab dieses Hilfeverzeichnis schon gefunden allerdings weiß ich nicht was ein cygwin ist und wie man damit umgeht bzw. wie man patchfiles ausführt ...

Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen ?

Dann schau mal auf http://www.opentools.de/ - da gibt's 'ne Anleitung für ein manuelles Update per Hand. Ist recht schnell erledigt.

mach grad nen kurs

Schau dir die HTML-Datei in dem Paket an - dafür sollten auch einfachste Grundkenntnisse in Englisch reichen.

okay danke - hab jetzt die code changes per Hande gemacht wie in der Anleitung beschrieben - dann steht ja dort das man danach die update.php ausführen soll aber dann bekomm ich diese Meldungen !

erstelle in deinem Forum-Verzeichnis einen Ordner "install" und lade dort die update_to_2011.php rein. Dann rufst du sie im Browser auf.
