hallo

ich weiss es gibt schon ähnliche themen hier. mein problem ist, dass ich am alten server ein dump-file msql4 erzeugt habe und diesen am neuen server eingespielt habe über phpmyadmin. nun kommt eine fehlermeldung nach der einspielung des dump's.

..........und in der dokumentation steht:

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['pmadb'] string
The name of the database containing the linked-tables infrastructure.

If you are the only user of this phpMyAdmin installation, you can use your current database to store those special tables; in this case, just put your current database name in $cfg['Servers'][$i]['pmadb']. $cfg['Servers'][$i]['bookmarktable'] string
Since release 2.2.0 phpMyAdmin allows to bookmark queries. This can be useful for queries you often run.

To allow the usage of this functionality:
set up pmadb and the linked-tables infrastructure
enter the table name in $cfg['Servers'][$i]['bookmarktable']


......was muss ich da jetzt eigentlich machen,ist mein dump fehlerhaft? wer kann mir dazu hilfestellung geben?
ausserdem habe ich wie schon beschrieben,die config.php mit den neuen serverdaten angepasst.
die datenbank hat sehr viel arbeit gemacht und wenn ich das jetzt durch den providerwechsel nicht mehr zum laufen bringe,wäre das sehr schlecht.

hat niemand eine idee?
liegt das problem am provider,dass die pma database fehlerhaft ist oder muss ich was anpassen? kann sich das mal jemand anschauen,dann aktiviere ich die datenbank mal.

das sind die fehler,die beim klicken auf ein thema im forum kommen.

.......wobei das web386 die alte datenbank war,wo kann ich da die neue eintragen.
früher hieß mein verzeichnis wo die hp lag /www und jetz heisst es /html kann da der fehler liegen?

den ersten kenne ich,bringt mich aber nicht weiter,da ich alles so gemacht habe. es kommt ja schon der fehler beim einspielen des dump files. siehe post

den zweiten punkt kannte ich noch nicht,sorry und danke für den hinweis.

diese Fehlermeldung ist eigentlich nur ein Hinweis, diese PMA-Datenbank ist irgendein seltsames optionales Feature, damit die Datenbank mehr über sich selber weiss. Die Meldung kommt bei neueren phpMyAdmin-Versionen, ohne dass sie jemals einen Einfluss auf die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Datenbank resp. des Forums hätte.

Bleibt also nur das Problem, das er bei dir die php-Dateien mit der englischen Übersetzung nicht findet. Das hat aber mit der Datenbank kein bisschen zu tun, sondern mit den Verzeichnispfaden oder fehlenden Dateien auf Deinem Server. Da kenn ich mich leider nicht aus.
