Fehler bei der Installation

Ja okay, liegt wohl am Installer oder so.
Von meiner Seite aus fällt mir nur ein

• Lade dir das phpBB 3.0.4 von phpBB.de
• Entpacken,Hochladen+Installieren
• Seo-Mod (http://www.phpbb-seo.de/downloads/download.php?id=152) dann selbst einbauen

Beim installieren des "normalen phpbb3 Forum" erhalte ich ebenfalls beim starten der Installation unter "Installieren", eine Fehlermeldung, nämliche folgende:
