ka, ich hab alles aufm Sever geschmissen, Dateiänderungen durchgeführt und die Datenbank per install.php updaten lassen.

Richtig. Es bedeutet, dass du den Ordner "schemas" mit samt dessen Inhalt in den entsprechenden Pfad kopieren sollst.

Browse to install_portal/install.php and run the installer, after successfull installation delete the installer.

Wie genau soll das gehen?
Also was muss ich machen. Denn diese Datei einfach laufen lassen, geht schlecht ? o_O

Gib in deinen Browser einfach folgendes ein:

Die Angaben in den eckigen Klammern müssen selbstverständlich durch adäquate deinerseits geändert werden. Anschließend löschst du einfach den gesamten Ordner install_portal.

Also ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich es richtig verstanden hab.

Soll ich in per Browser auf mein Server zugreifen? Wenn ja, dann kommt einfach ne Textseite mit viel Text eben.
Und ansonsten kommt ein Error. Also denke ich die erste Möglichkeit ist schon die richtige, aber ich hab da mal überflogen, was da an Code steht und da gabs was mit "Installer Error" °_°

Du hast das schon richtig verstanden. Wenn allerdings ein Error kommt, hast du etwas bei der Editierung der Dateien falsch gemacht oder hast eventuell vergessen eine Datei hochzuladen usw.

Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn du die Fehlermeldung hier posten würdest, damit dir die Supporter bei der Fehlersuche helfen können. Eine ordentliche Dokumentation ist sehr wichtig, damit dir überhaupt geholfen werden kann.

BTW bei der Fehlermeldung beim Forum.. ich hab mal nachgeprüft, die Datei exestiert wirklich nicht, aber ich finde sie auch nicht bei den heruntergeladenen Daten. Kommt die erst durch die Installation ins Spiel?
