Problem beim Update von phpBB 3.0.5 auf 3.0.7-PL1

Hallo Gemeinde,

bin neu hier im Board bzw. wieder neu da ich meinen Benutzernamen vergessen habe.

Hatte damals ein Board in der Version phpBB 3.0.5 erstellt, das auch gut funktionierte.
Habe nun versucht auf die Version 3.0.7-PL1 zu updaten. Bin genau nach Anweisung vor gegangen.
Den install und den docs ordner per ftp hochgeladen
Nun wollte ich die Install.php aufrufen und bekomme eine Fehlermeldung:

Kann mir jemand bei dem Problem helfen?
Möchte ungerne ohne Wissen da rum doktern.

die aktuelle Version ist phpBB 3.0.8.
Vielleicht versuchst Du es damit einmal.

werde ich machen, allerdings ging es darum da ich ja nicht installieren kann.

Habe nun den Fehler gefunden:

es war die config.php einfach neu erstellt und nun kann ich installieren.
Hoffe das klappt jetzt.

Danach mache ich dann das 3.0.8 drauf.

Ach so hab gerade gesehen kann auch von 3.0.5 auf 3.0.8 direkt updaten.

So hab nun auf 3.0.8 aktualisiert.
Forum funktioniert, allerding bekomme ich die nachfolgende Meldung:

Lag an den berechtigungen des Avatar Ordners, speziell der Upload.
