phpBB Gallery 1.1.6 Verstehe die "convert.xml" nicht?

Kann mir jemand genau (wie einem Kind) Erklären was man schritt für schritt zum Konvertiren vom phpbb2 Album zur Gallery 1.1.6 machen muß?
Verstehe die "convert.xml" nicht wirklich und will da auch nichts Falsch machen.

Hoffe es kann mir jemand Helfen.

Hier die Anleitung die ich nicht Kapiere!?

Step by Step:
• make a database-backup of your phpbb2-installation and phpbb3-installation.
• take the tables of the album-MOD (phpbb_album, phpbb_album_cat, phpbb_album_comment, phpbb_album_config, phpbb_album_rate) and if you got it, the Clowns-Package (phpbb_album_sp_config) and put these tables into your phpBB3-database
• Access the install/-folder and go directly to the "Convert phpBB2"/"Convert TS Gallery" Tab, >>WITHOUT<< installing the Gallery before!
• Smartor-Album MOD: enter the Prefix of your phpBB2-Installation (Prefix is the short-part in front of the database-table-names (in this example "phpbb_")
• and convert.

• After successful conversion, you can delete some tables from your database:
• Smartor-Album MOD: YOURPREFIX_album, YOURPREFIX_album_cat, YOURPREFIX_album_comment, YOURPREFIX_album_config, YOURPREFIX_album_rate
• TS-Gallery MOD: YOURPREFIX_gallery_comment, YOURPREFIX_gallery_pics, YOURPREFIX_gallery_rate

Es steht imho alles da, was Du wissen mußt und tun / nicht tun sollst. Auch in der entsprechenden Reihenfolge.
