Neues Forum erstellen: Error

Hallo.

Und direkt der zweite Fehler an einem Tag. Wenn ich im acp ein neues Forum erstellen oder ein bestehendes editieren möchte, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Was für Mods hast du denn noch installiert? Nach welcher Arbeit am Forum trat der Fehler auf?

Nach der fehlgeschlagenen Installation von Safegamertag trat das Problem auf.
