Problem mit "Topic Age Warning"

Hallo zusammen,

als mein Forum noch mit 3.1 lief hatte ich Topic Age Warning installiert und es funktionierte auch gut.
Leider funktioniert diese Extension mit 3.2 nicht mehr.

Das wollte ich jetzt mit meinem Test-Forum ausprobieren (phpBB 3.2.5, PHP 7.2), leider habe ich da Fehlermeldungen.

Einmal ist in der Liste "Einstellungen verwalten" die Extension so aufgelistet:
[*] Topic age warning[/b] (zusätzlich mit Sternchen in eckigen Klammern.)

Wenn ich dann die Extension aktiviere erscheint auf rotem Hintergrund diese Fehlermeldung:

Beim Aufbau des Containers durch phpBB ist wegen einer installierten Erweiterung ein Fehler aufgetreten. Aus diesem Grund wurden alle Erweiterungen vorrübergehend deaktiviert. Bitte versuche das Problem zu beheben, in dem du den Cache des Boards leerst. Alle Erweiterungen werden automatisch wieder aktiviert, sobald der Container-Fehler behoben ist. Wenn ich die Extension dann wieder deaktiviere verschwindet die Fehlermeldung und alles funktioniert normal.
Cache des Boards leeren ändert nichts!

Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

Mein Englisch ist so schlecht das ich befürchte, wenn von dort eine Antwort kommt, ich diese nicht richtig verstehe,
Es war schon schwierig meine Frage dort mit Google zu formulieren.

Das sieht mir stark nach einem Fehler in der Extension aus oder es fehlenden Dateien.
