[3.3] kann mich nicht mehr einloggen

Hallo
Ich habe das Problem,das ich mich seit heute Nachmittag nicht mehr ins Forum einloggen kann. Ich kann die Seite aufrufen,aber sobald ich mich einloggen möchte ,erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung.Andere Benutzer kommen ohne Probleme ins Forum . Ich habe es über mehrere Browser probiert ,per Handy , mit und ohne WLAN.
Als Fehler kommt Error 500 .Anfrage kann nicht verarbeitet werden.
K.a. was ich jetzt noch tun kann

Zusätzlicher Gedanke: Wenn du dich mehrfach fehlerhaft eingeloggt hast, ist vermutlich eine Sperre eingetreten. Wie lange die dauert hängt davon ab, was du eingestellt hast.

Schau mal, welche Erkenntnisse du aus dem Errorlog deines Servers erhalten kannst.

Ich danke dir. Da werde ich mal auf die Errordatei warten und morgen schauen. Habe mich mit einem neuen Benutzernamen angemeldet und da klappt alles ohne Probleme und da wird mir auch mein richtiger Name als angemeldet angezeigt

Ich würde erstmal den chat deaktivieren. Solltest du nicht mehr in den Adminbereich können musst du dies direkt in der Datenbank machen.

Öffne dazu dein phpmyadmin und suche die Tabelle phpbb_ext

Suche dort den Eintrag dmzx/mchat Oder so ähnlich. Dann setze den WErt in der Spalte ext_Active dafür auf 0.

Danach per ftp den ordner production im ornder cache löschen und den Browser cache leeren. Danach solltest du wieder ins forum kommen.

Dann solltest du prüfen welche php version du hast und ob diese ersweiterung damit kompatibel ist.

Das komische ist,das ich heute ja wieder ohne Probleme ins Forum komme und ich habe nichts geändert.ich bin nur mit meinem Adminaccount nicht ins Forum gekommen.Die anderen Benutzer und mein Testaccount funktionierten problemlos, aber das mit dem phpmyadmin werde ich auf jeden Fall im Auge behalten,wenn es wieder nichtl funktionieren sollte
