Problem der User beim Anmelden

immer, wenn sich ein User anmelden will, kommt folgene Meldung:

Was soll ich da tun. Es können sich also nur User dann anmelden, wenn ich es ohne Email mache.

Habe exakt das gleiche Problem, ebenfalls mit nem Account bei free.fr. Gibts da denn keine Abhilfe?

vielleicht mal im Adminbereich -> Kategorie Allgemeines -> Konfiguration -> SMTP Server aktivieren und nen funktionsfähigen SMTP Server eintragen (GMX oder Web.de z.B.)

bei mir kommt die gleiche Fehlermeldung...
bei der angabe eines anderen smtp-servers gibt´s ja nur das Problem, dass die meisten mittlerweile die benutzung des smtp-servers blockieren, wenn man vorher nicht den pop3-server genutzt hat.
Oder weiß jemand einen smtp-Server, den man ohne Authentifikationund pop3 nutzen kann? Woran kann das denn generell liegen, dass die Fehlermeldung kommt?

also die aktuellen Freemailer erlauben alle auch SMTP Authentication, also das du dich NICHT vorher per POP3 einloggen musst, ggf. musst du das in deinem E-Mail-Programm und bei deinem Mailanbieter aktivieren

habs jetzt mal mit meinem Mailaccount bei Web.de ausprobiert, jetzt bringt er diese fehlermeldung:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 501 ungueltige mail-adresse / invalid mail-address

das kann aber nicht sein, die mail-Adresse stimmt auf jeden Fall. Hast du noch einen Tipp?

hast du in Konfiguration unter "E-Mail Adresse des Administrators" auch die web.de Adresse angegeben ?
