Hilfe Fehler trotz neuinsallation!

Habe seit einige Tagen ein forum, leider geht das hochladen von avataren nicht. es kommen folgende fehler:

Habe bereits ein backup gemacht, ein neues forum installiert und das backup wieder aufgespielt, brachte nichts!
