Login/Passwort error

Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, so I have the problem written in English:

I have a problem on my forum. After a while, let's say a day, when a member returns to my forum and want to login, they say that the password isn't correct anymore and they have to use the passmailer for a new password. They use the option "send password" and then they can login again, but then again after a while the error shows up. It seems like the problem shows up when you don't visit the forum for a while. Could be couple of hours, or a day, I don't know exactly.

Not all the members of the forum have this problem, but many do.

Maybe there is a cookie-problem.
Try this tutorial to solve the problems.
It´s written in german, so maybe it´s a better way for you to ask on www.phpbb.com. Did you?

I already did some changes to the cookie configurations.. But it didn't help .

And I tried to solve this problem on

- phpbbhacks.com
- phpbb2.de
- phpbbstyles.com

But never found a solution
