Attach MOD- Mal Fehler mal nicht.

Hallo, wenn ich in den AMdin Bereich gehe und auf attachment einstellungen gehe kommt nur MANCHMAL der Fehler:

Warning: stat failed for ..//cache/attach_config.php (errno=151 - Stale NFS file handle) in /mnt/am1/06/102/00000007/htdocs/hg-fans/forum/attach_mod/attachment_mod.php on line 102

und gehe ich auf Versteckte Attachments kommt auch nur MANCHMAL der Fehler:
