Avatar-Upload geht nicht!

Hallo zusammen!

Ich habe gerade bemerkt, dass der Avatar Upload in meinem neuen
Forum überhaupt nicht funktioniert!

Da taucht immer nur folgendes auf:

Ich hab auch schon die Datenbank gelöscht und das Forum komplett
neu installiert, es hilft alles nichts!

Ich verwende die neueste phpbb-Version (2.0.19)

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Was soll ich machen?

Vielen Dank für deine Antwort.

Aber ich wüsste noch ganz gerne, welche Unterverzeichnisse
ich auf 777 setzen muss, damit der Upload funktioniert
(ich will ja nicht alles freigeben ^^')
