Fehler bei upload pic

Nach dem Einbau des amod, der funktioniert, kann ich keine Bilder mehr hochladen. Die CHMODeinstellung ist ok.
Folgende Fehlermeldungen:

das hat nichts mit dem UploadPic MOD zu tun.

Gem. der Fehlermeldung fehlen die CHMOD's 777

und zwar für folgende Ordner:
album_mod/upload/
album_mod/upload/cache/
