Wie kann ich das wieder zum verbessern? also dass man wieder posten kann bei meinem forum?

Vor allem würde ich den Mod, den Du wahrscheinlich installiert hast auch bis zu Ende installieren.... Denn eine Spalte auth_download gibt es in der Tabelle phpbb_auth_access standardmässig nicht.

Oder mach das in Deinem phpMyAdmin
